Eligible items purchased on lordandtaylor.com can be returned within 14 days from the date of purchase.

When requesting a return you will be able to download a prepaid return label. If you use the return label, we will deduct $24 from your refund. Original shipping and handling fees, along with duties and taxes from international orders, are non-refundable.All returns are subject to a $24 return fee.

• Return New Items Only: All items must be unworn, unwashed, undamaged, and in original packaging
• Pre-loved: All items must be unworn, unwashed, undamaged, and in original packaging and condition as when purchased
• Keep the Tags on: Items without original hang tags attached cannot be returned.

Additional Return Rules:

• Footwear: Must be returned in the original shoebox, placed inside another shipping box. Do not affix labels directly to the shoebox.
• Jewelry and Watches:Must be returned in new condition with all original packaging, certificates, and documentation. Worn, resized, or altered items are not eligible.
• Home Goods (Furniture, Rugs, Large Decor): Oversized returns may incur shipping and/or restocking fees, noted on the product page.
• Beauty and Personal Care Items: Opened or used skincare, makeup, or personal care products cannot be returned due to hygiene regulations.
• Customized/Personalized Items: Final sale and not eligible for return unless defective

Items Not Eligible for Return:

• Final Sale Items: Styles marked “Final Sale” are not eligible for refund, store credit, exchange, or return.
• Intimates: All intimates are considered final sale and cannot be returned.

If your item does not meet these requirements or if the return window has expired without prior authorization from Customer Service, your return will be forfeited and handled at Lord & Taylor’s sole discretion.

Important Note on International Vendors & Duties
Many of our vendor partners — including most luxury items — ship directly from locations outside the United States. If a product is shipping from outside the USA, any customs duties and import taxes shown at checkout will be charged and are non-refundable, even if the item is returned.

All returns are subject to a $24 return fee.
For international shipments, customs duties plus the $24 return fee will be deducted from your original payment.
