How to Measure
Bust: Measure around the fullest part of your bust while wearing a bra that fits well.
Natural Waist: Measure around the narrowest part of your waist, typically just above the belly button.
Low Waist: Measure about 2 inches below your natural waistline.
Hips: Stand with feet together and measure around the fullest part of your hips and buttocks.
Inseam: Measure from the top of your inner thigh down to the bottom of your ankle.

All our dishes are designed to be dishwasher AND microwave safe, however, it is suggested to handle the dishes with caution when removing from the heat. Complete your table setting with a tablecloth or placemats to protect surfaces as the bottom of the pieces are unglazed.
None of the dishes are identical! Due to the reactive glaze's response to the firing heat on the different shapes, various shades of charcoal can be found in the same set. The color enhances the texture of the piece and gives each dish it's own unique look. You'll own a truly one of a kind set!

Eligible items purchased on lordandtaylor.com can be returned within 14 days from the date of purchase.
All returns are subject to a $24 return fee. In addition, if the item was originally shipped from outside the United States, a 12% International Return Processing Fee will be deducted from the refund amount
- Return New Items Only: All items must be unworn, unwashed, undamaged, and in original packaging
- Pre-loved: All items must be unworn, unwashed, undamaged, and in original packaging and condition as when purchased
- Keep the Tags on: Items without original hang tags attached cannot be returned.
Additional Return Rules:
- Footwear: Must be returned in the original shoebox, placed inside another shipping box. Do not affix labels directly to the shoebox.
- Jewelry and Watches:Must be returned in new condition with all original packaging, certificates, and documentation. Worn, resized, or altered items are not eligible.
- Home Goods (Furniture, Rugs, Large Decor): Oversized returns may incur shipping and/or restocking fees, noted on the product page.
- Beauty and Personal Care Items: Opened or used skincare, makeup, or personal care products cannot be returned due to hygiene regulations.
- Customized/Personalized Items: Final sale and not eligible for return unless defective
Items Not Eligible for Return:
- Final Sale Items: Styles marked “Final Sale” are not eligible for refund, store credit, exchange, or return.
- Intimates: All intimates are considered final sale and cannot be returned.
If your item does not meet these requirements or if the return window has expired without prior authorization from Customer Service, your return will be forfeited and handled at Lord & Taylor’s sole discretion.
