When requesting a return you will be able to download a prepaid return label. If you use the return label, we will deduct $24 from your refund. • Return New Items Only: All items must be unworn, unwashed, undamaged, and in original packaging
• Pre-loved: All items must be unworn, unwashed, undamaged, and in original packaging and condition as when purchased
• Keep the Tags on: Items without original hang tags attached cannot be returned.

Additional Return Rules:

• Footwear: Must be returned in the original shoebox, placed inside another shipping box. Do not affix labels directly to the shoebox.
• Jewelry and Watches:Must be returned in new condition with all original packaging, certificates, and documentation. Worn, resized, or altered items are not eligible.
• Home Goods (Furniture, Rugs, Large Decor): Oversized returns may incur shipping and/or restocking fees, noted on the product page.
• Beauty and Personal Care Items: Opened or used skincare, makeup, or personal care products cannot be returned due to hygiene regulations.
