When requesting a return you will be able to download a prepaid return label. If you use the return label, we will deduct $24 from your refund. • Keep the Tags on: Items without original hang tags attached cannot be returned.

• Footwear: Must be returned in the original shoebox, placed inside another shipping box. Do not affix labels directly to the shoebox.
