LORD & TAYLOR TERMS OF SERVICE

These Terms of Service (“Terms”) govern your access to and use of services provided by Regal LT Online LLC (“Lord & Taylor,” “we,” “us,” or “our”) through our website, mobile applications, and related platforms (collectively, the “Site”). By accessing or using the Site, you agree to these Terms. If you do not agree, do not use the Site.

1. ACCEPTANCE OF TERMS

2.1 Lord & Taylor as Merchant of Record

Regal LT Online LLC is the merchant of record for purchases made through the Site.

This means:

  • Your direct contractual relationship is with Lord & Taylor.
  • Customer service, returns, and refunds are handled by Lord & Taylor.
  • Some products may ship directly from authorized third-party vendors or fulfillment partners.

2.2 Shopify Platform Partnership

Our Site is powered by Shopify Inc., which provides ecommerce infrastructure, secure checkout functionality, and payment processing.

Your data may be stored through Shopify’s systems and protected using industry-standard security measures.

6. PRODUCTS AND PURCHASES

6.1 Product Information

We strive for accuracy in product listings, descriptions, images, specifications, and pricing. However, availability, colors, materials, sizing, packaging, and presentation may vary due to photography, display settings, vendor-provided information, manufacturing updates, or inventory changes.

Errors, inaccuracies, and omissions are subject to correction at any time without notice.

6.2 Third-Party Fulfillment

Certain products may ship directly from authorized vendors or fulfillment partners.

Although Lord & Taylor remains the merchant of record, shipment timing, packaging, delivery methods, and inventory availability may vary by vendor.

Orders containing multiple items may ship separately.

6.3 Product and Pricing Modification

We reserve the right to modify pricing, product availability, specifications, promotions, or product offerings without prior notice.

6.4 Order Process and Acceptance

All orders are subject to inventory availability, payment authorization, fraud review, and acceptance.

Your placement of an order constitutes an offer to purchase. Acceptance occurs only upon shipment confirmation or order processing confirmation.

We reserve the right to refuse, limit, cancel, or modify orders for reasons including suspected fraud, inventory shortages, pricing inaccuracies, reseller activity, payment issues, or violations of these Terms.

If payment has already been processed for a cancelled order, a refund will be issued to the original payment method.

6.5 Gift Cards

Lord & Taylor may offer digital or physical gift cards for purchase and redemption through the Site.

  • Gift cards do not expire.
  • Gift cards are not subject to activation fees, dormancy fees, inactivity fees, service fees, or maintenance charges.
  • Gift cards are non-refundable and may not be redeemed for cash except where required by law.
  • Gift cards may not be used to purchase additional gift cards.

For New York residents, balances under $5.00 may be redeemed for cash upon request, and residents of other states may have similar rights where required by applicable law.

To request cash redemption of an eligible balance, contact Customer Service at cs@lordandtaylor.com and include your gift card code.

Gift card purchases and redemptions may be monitored for fraud prevention purposes. We reserve the right to refuse, hold, cancel, limit, or void gift card transactions where fraud, abuse, unlawful activity, or violations of these Terms are suspected.

Lord & Taylor is not responsible for lost, stolen, damaged, deleted, unauthorized, or fraudulent use of gift cards.

Gift cards issued before October 2024 were issued by a separate prior entity and are not obligations of Regal LT Online LLC. Such gift cards cannot be redeemed through lordandtaylor.com.

If you hold a gift card issued before October 2024, we recommend contacting the prior issuer or, where applicable, filing a claim through the prior owner’s bankruptcy or wind-down proceedings.

This policy is subject to change at Lord & Taylor’s discretion, except that changes will not shorten the validity of, or impose prohibited fees on, previously issued gift cards.
