Squeeze a nickel-sized amount of product (depending on hair thickness) into palm and combine with equal parts shampoo. Apply and massage directly to the scalp. Add water as needed to help distribute the product. Scrub for one minute and leave in for an additional 2-3 minutes before rinsing thoroughly. Follow with conditioner.
